We source machinery from top European and Indian manufacturers who have the finest wire cutting technology. Wire cutting allows us to carefully monitor every process from mixing, cutting of dough and finally the baking and packing which is done with all safety measures intact.

STEP 1 : Mixing of Ingredients

Ingredients such as sugar, flour, water and a mixture of other things unique to the specific cookie are blended. The batter is mixed until it thickens into a dough.

STEP 2 : Moulding The Cookie

In this step, the dough is divided into various moulds waiting to go into our steaming hot oven to become our fantastic cookies. The moulds are now put on the butter paper and are ready to be baked!

STEP 3 : Baking Them To Perfection

After a while in the oven, the cookies are perfectly baked. It is now time to take them out of the oven and get them ready for the quality check. We at Victor’s pride ourselves on our consistency in every cookie.

STEP 4 : Quality Check

After baking the cookies, they are checked to maintain Victor’s high quality standards of the cookies. The cookies are made perfectly for you to enjoy. The cookies are now ready to be packaged and spread happiness.

There are many areas throughout the process where analytical testing is necessary to ensure both optimal operating conditions and product quality.

Incoming raw materials such as flour are measured to ensure proper quality and to verify vendor specifications. The mixed dough is analyzed to ensure that individual ingredients were added in proper proportions or that major ingredients were not missed. In the end, the finished product is also analyzed for moisture to verify that the process is operating optimally. Improper moisture content in the cookie could lead to poor taste and possible bacteria growth.
